At See You By The Pool, we specialise in creating extraordinary events, celebrations and experiences.

As an events company, our services are primarily delivered in person or electronically rather than through the shipping of physical products.

This policy explains how bookings, tickets and event-related services are delivered.

1. EVENT BOOKINGS

When you book an event planning, entertainment or production service with See You By The Pool, all relevant booking information will be provided electronically.

This may include:

Booking confirmations.
Event quotations and proposals.
Contracts and payment information.
Event schedules and planning documents.
Supplier and entertainment details.
Additional information relating to your event.

Documents will normally be delivered by email or through another agreed communication method.

2. EVENT TICKETS

Tickets purchased for events organised by See You By The Pool will normally be delivered electronically.

Following a successful purchase, customers will receive confirmation using the email address provided during checkout.

Where applicable, electronic tickets or booking references will be supplied before the event.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate when making a booking.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We do not currently offer standard shipping of physical products.

If merchandise, printed invitations, event materials or other physical items become available for purchase, any applicable delivery charges, estimated delivery times and shipping conditions will be clearly communicated before payment.

4. DELIVERY OF SERVICES

Event planning, creative direction, entertainment and production services are delivered according to the arrangements agreed with each client.

Service delivery dates, locations and requirements will be confirmed in individual booking agreements.

5. BOOKING CONFIRMATION ISSUES

If you have made a booking or purchased tickets and have not received your confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder.
